Arthur is a nationally recognized authority on royalty-based venture finance. He co-founded Royalty Capital Fund in 1992 and Royalty Capital Fund LP I in 1995, the first successful venture capital funds to employ a royalty-based investment methodology conceived by Mr. Fox. He is currently directing a third fund: a small, Boston-based royalty financing fund named Eureka Partners I, LLC. His RBF methodology has been developed and refined over a period of nineteen years, and Mr. Fox is currently licensing his methodology to enable other royalty funds to be formed in other geographical regions.

His first licensee is Cypress Growth Capital, LLC located in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Fox is a senior advisor and special partner at Cypress.

Mr. Fox has been a principal and co-founder of three technology companies, Octek Inc., Lexidata Corp. and Medicel Inc. Octek’s and Lexidata's investors received a substantial return on their investment when Octek was acquired by a Fortune 500 company and Lexidata conducted a successful IPO. He has been a mentor and close business advisor to many new and emerging companies. Mr. Fox has a strong technology background.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Fox held design engineering positions with the Hewlett Packard Company and Westinghouse Corporation. He holds an MSEE degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BSEE degree from the University of Maryland.
