Radhika has founded, worked for and advised startups since graduating from MIT (course 6, class of '99/'00).

The first startup she founded with other MIT friends was Lobby7 (venture-backed, later acquired by Scansoft/Nuance). She later worked at Avid, growing their broadcast business, working with all the major broadcasters worldwide to move from tape to digital media. She then headed up strategy at Starent Networks which was then acquired by Cisco for $2.9B.

More recently she founded Likelii to offer consumers Pandora for wine. She is currently advising startups in Cambridge and no doubt plotting her next adventure.
