I am first year grad student in Technology and Policy, Engineering Systems Division at MIT.

I am an electronics engineer with a degree from Venezuela and studied in Sweden. Before MIT I worked for two years in offshore seismic exploration for oil and gas. My research is on the intersection of Internet architecture and policy.
