Winston Chern is a fourth year graduate student studying semiconductor devices (6-3) at MIT.

Currently studying electrical engineering with a B.S. degree in Material Science from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Winston works with Prof. Judy Hoyt on strained germanium p-MOSFETs and tunnel field effect transistors.
